The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Re-lined; with frame abrasions to the extreme edges; extensive fine craquelure; surface soiling; scattered minor areas of discoloration including to the clouds. Under natural light areas of wear and touch-up along edges/stretcher; touch-up surrounding the second pennant flag from the left; a few small spots of in-fill to sky and other tiny touch-ups. Under UV light a green varnish is apparent; there are areas of strengthening visible, including to the rooflines; other aforementioned touchups confirmed under UV light. Frames are not warrantied for condition and are sold as is.
