The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: fair to good. Shows signs of wear commensurate with age including abrasions and areas of discoloration to the gold. Few areas with eye-visible loss to the enamel.
-Gemstones: with typical inclusions and minor surface abrasions.
-Seed pearls: of cream bodycolor, with soft rosé overtone. Some surface abrasions and blemishes.
-Enamel: with surface abrasions and few areas with eye-visible loss, predominantly to the whistle charm.
-Diamonds: of decorative quality.
