The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: very good. Shows minor signs of wear and abrasions throughout each. Minor discoloration to the metal in some areas. Earrings fitted with screwbacks for pierced and non-pierced ears. Earring backs and turquoise bracelet clasp of later addition. One line of beads and seed pearls deficient across each station of the ruby, emerald, diamond and enamel bracelet.
-Additional marks: 14kt (earring backs and turquoise bracelet clasp only).
-Colored stones: with typical inclusions and characteristics, most of decorative quality. Each fully foil-backed.
-Diamonds: of decorative quality. Fully foil-backed.
-Seed pearls: white to cream bodycolor, minor to moderate variations to nacre. Minor to moderate pitting and abrasions found throughout.
-Enamel: in overall good condition. Areas of wear and deficiency throughout, mostly to the edges and sides and to the green enamel.
