Each globe with the expected fading, yellowing, foxing, light scratches, scuffs and general wear. The paper with an overall craquelure; the underlying structures with cracks, creating tears in the paper, including surrounding the celestial pole on the celestial globe, and encircling the terrestrial globe, above the equator. The stands with the typical wear, scratches and scuffs; a repaired crack through the underlying compass on the celestial globe. Both lower compasses are probably later or with replacements, each lacking a needle. The celestial globe is also lacking the brass bezel around its underlying compass. There is some warping to each of the compass rings at the top. Each globe is sitting in its stand with some contact/friction with the equator ring of the stand; in need of restorative attention.
