The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Overall with some minor wear and rubbing to the gold and silver, the figure's head possibly previously off his body, now re-attached and with some very minor glue residue, the lapis with some minor scratches and tiny 'nibbling' to the edges, with an associated custom red velvet stand and red velvet double-door box from S.J. Phillips.
