The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In very good overall condition. The ormolu and patinated bronze with the expected light scratches, rubbing, small areas of patina and minor general wear, typical with age and use. The porcelain with similar typical light superficial wear and some intrinsic kiln imperfections, in the making, including small kiln specks throughout. The turquoise glaze with a very fine network of crazing, and a crescent-shaped section of the cover, through two of the circular apertures, previously off and reattached. Overall good condition, attractive proportions, ready to place.
