With a rectangular plate in a mirrored frame, the panels flanking the plate carved as Corinthian pilasters, the frame carved throughout with acanthus, scrolls, shells and flowerheads, the arched mirrored crest with a large shell at the top, the giltwood acanthus flanking the Corinthian capitals of a later date, the main plate replaced, a number of the secondary plates apparently of the period
