The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Piccole cadute di colore in corrispondenza del petto, della mano sinistra e del polpaccio destro della figura e sulla zampa anteriore sinistra dell'animale; altre puntiformi lungo i margini della tela.
Esaminata alla luce ultravioletta, sono visibili due restauri in corrispondenza dei punti di pressione e uno lungo il margine destro verso il basso.
Tenuto conto di quanto sopra, è nostra opinione che l’opera sia in condizioni di conservazione buone.

Superficial cracks, scratches and two dents (one with a corresponding abrasion and paint loss) to the upper left quadrant.
Small paint losses corresponding to the figure's chest, left hand and right calf and to the animal's front left paw; some pinpoint paint losses along the edges of the canvas.
When examined under ultraviolet light, two restorations corresponding to the dents and one along the right edge towards the bottom are visible.
Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
