    拍品專文

    A version of this composition, signed C. Reichert, appeared at auction in 1999 (Dorotheum, Vienna, 19 October 1999, lot 161). Since that sale several versions have appeared on the market, including the present painting, though here the anonymous artist has varied Riechert's composition slightly, adding the green curtain and baseboard behind the dog.
