Condition report
A Christie's specialist may contact you to discuss this lot or to notify you if the condition changes prior to the sale.
The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The jacket in good condition. The velvet somewhat flattened. The pale synthetic lining with some loose stitching at back vent, would recommend stabilization. The collar darkened at neck. The jacket lined. The trousers also with velvet somewhat flattened. With scattered brownish and yellowish stains, particularly noticeable near zipper, at the back of the proper left leg and between the legs. Could possibly improve with professional cleaning. Some wear and darkening to hems. The internal waistband now yellowed. The trousers unlined.
The wooden necklaces still with tags, maker not listed. Several links with small splits.
Please note that all garments and accessories are sold as is. For more information, please contact Nathalie Ferneau at nferneau@christies.com.
