The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In good overall condition. Some intrinsic kiln imperfections, in the making, most prominently a vertical firing crack at the recessed area between the hound's body and proper left hind leg, as well as two shorter firing cracks to the belly, and a short firing crack atop the proper right hind leg with some associated white overpainting; generally with short firing lines. Overall light scratches and scuffs throughout, consistent with age and handling; a loss to the end of one tendril at the tuft of fur over the hound's eyes; a few minor chips to ends of the curling fur throughout.
