The voyeuse with scattered minor nicks, faint marks and surface scuffs and light scratches, as to be expected with age and use. Regilt, now rubbed in areas, revealing bole and barewood. The upholstery with light staining and minor surface wear. With a small thin stain to the chair back near the bottom. with a further small dark stain above the front left leg. Presents well overall.

The tabouret with scattered nicks, marks, surface scuffs and scratches. The painted decoration with lifting, flaking, and losses revealing bare wood. With some further nicks and small chips to extreme edges, including around the corners. With some further scuffs and scratches to the legs and feet, consistent with use. The underside of each corner with later metal reinforced plates, not visible when placed. The upholstery well maintained and with minor wear. With some light surface soiling.
