The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The lamp in overall good condition. The polychrome surface with rubbing, chips, flaking and losses, particularly to raised areas and base. The base with accretions to surface, would likely benefit from cleaning. The brass lamp arm apparently associated. The metal elements with rubbing, minor oxidation and verdigris. The cream colored lampshade with some discoloration and staining. Please note that Christie's does not guarantee the working condition of lighting nor the condition of lampshades.
The table in excellent condition. The velvet covered top with some areas of compression, but good pile. The polychrome surface with minor rubbing, chipping, flaking, lifting and losses, primarily to feet.
