Rare ephemera chronicling CND's protest efforts against the British government's nuclear arms programme.

Are you interested in the future?? You'd better demonstrate. [No place, but probably Liverpool, no date, but 1980. Very large folding poster (1000 x 760 mm.), printed in neon pink and black. (One vertical and two horizontal creasefolds, pin holes at margins, a couple of minor marginal nicks and losses.) This poster is advertising the first national CND demonstration held under the slogan 'Protest and Survive', and was held on Sunday 26 October 1980, with an attendance of 80,000. This poster advertises tickets from Liverpool book and record shops as well as a special train from Liverpool Lime St to Euston, suggestive that this poster is a Liverpool CND branch production.
