    Small 4° (215 x 168 mm.). 38pp., frontispiece and 6 plates, 16 full-page text-illustrations. (Lightly browned, some marginal dampstaining, some tears around staples to index leaves.) Original decorative buff printed wrappers (lightly stained and soiled).
