The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- The bowl is delicately painted.
- There are some brst glaze bubbles, iron spots and minor glaze flaws as may be expected.
- There is a chip to the foot ring measuring max. approx. 1.8 x 0.8 cm.
- There is a hairline rim crack measuring max. approx. 3 cm. long.
- There are very few minor glaze frits.
