Details
The central roundel is decorated in bright enamels with a qilin below a phoenix in flight amongst rocks and plantain trees, surrounded by four fan-shaped panels: two each enclosing a mythical beast, a pair of geese amongst millet sprays, and a pheasant on a rock amongst flowers. The reverse is decorated with three iron-red and green enamel floral sprays, and the base with an underglaze blue flower mark within a double circle.
