The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Présence de deux petites traces de frottement : une dans le quart supérieur droit, et l’autre le long du bord gauche au centre. Examinée à la lumière UV: pas de repeint apparent. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

There is some minor rubbing visible to the extreme edges due to the framing. The surface is slightly dusty. There are two minor traces of rubbing: one to the upper right quadrant, the other along the left edge at the centre. Examined under UV light: no visible inpainting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
