The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is not lined. The canvas undulates slightly. There are drying cracks in the impastos. The surface is dusty. There are small accretions in places. Examined under UV light : no visible inpainting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
L’œuvre est sur sa toile d'origine. La toile ondule légèrement. Présence de craquelures de séchage dans les empâtements. La surface est poussiéreuse. Présence de petites accrétions par endroits. Examiné à la lumière UV : pas de repeint apparent. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.
