The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

La surface est légèrement encrassée. Présence de légères traces de frottement associées à de petits éclats de matière le long des bords. Présence de deux points de transferts de matière le long du bord droit vers le centre. Quelques petites accrétions de surface sont visibles par endroits. Examinée à la lumière UV: pas de repeint visible. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général. 

The surface is slightly dirty. There are few slight rubbing marks associated with small chips along the edges. There are two points of medium transfer along the right edge to the center. There are few accretions to the surface in places. Examined under UV light: no visible inpainting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
