The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
L’œuvre est sur sa toile d’origine. De très légères traces de frottement sont visibles le long des bords. Des tout petits points d’accrétion sont visibles par endroits. Examinée à la lumière UV: pas de repeint apparent. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.
The work is not lined. Some very slight rubbing marks isvisible along the edges. Very small pin point accretions are visible in places. Examined under UV light: no visible inpainting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
