The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged at the upper corners to the backing board and undulates slightly. Artist's pinholes are to the corners. Faint wear, soft creasing and tiny abrasions are intermittently along the perimeter and corners. A horizontal crease is along the upper edge in the margin and a few soft creases are intermittently. A few small passages of discoloration and displaced media are intermittently, most notably to the upper right edge. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
