This large and impressive bronze is overall generally in good condition for its age and size, with some typical wear in places consistent with age and use. This includes scratches, dents and surface abrasions. The eagle has one wing which has been detached along its original join and re-joined to the body, with some new internal pinning added for stability and some old solder removed when it was restored. Some small scratches and knocks to the tips of some tail feathers. One wing of one of the smaller birds lower down is slightly bent. There is a small dent/area of damage to one leg of the base, where it has been impacted. Otherwise overall in good condition.
