The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Each generally in good condition overall, with some typical rubbing to enamels and gilt. There are some glaze flaws to both vases which occurred during firing, where the glaze has pulled. There is a firing flaw to the neck of one vase. There are some enamel losses, especially to the green enamels. One cover has two chips to the underside of the rim and a chip to the tip of the finial. The fitted wood storage boxes have some old wear including marks, small dents and slight warping. They are missing the tying chords and have been closed using tape.
