The arms are those of Goold, possibly for Sir George Goold, 2nd Bt. (1778-1870) of Old Court, co. Cork, Ireland, who succeeded to the title by special remainder on the death of his uncle, Sir Francis Goold 1st. Bt. In 1818, however, the absence of the baronet's badge in the arms suggests a more likely candidate might be the 2nd baronets younger brother Henry Goold (1782-1835).
