The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall in good decorative condition. Not examined outside of their frames. The fabrics with some fading, wear, and small areas of loss overall as to be expected. The gouache painting with areas of loss and cracking overall, such as to the backs of chairs on both pictures. Further with some areas of restoration and inpainting. The frames with some scattered chips and losses revealing gesso, bole and bare wood in areas as to be expected with age. Some mirror plates with minor foxing, and one with two mirror plates with minor cracks.
