The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall in generally good condition. The wood with some minor nicks and scratches consistent with age and use. With typical minor signs of old wood worm, now inactive. Restoration and replacements to the stretchers throughout. Further with scattered areas of infill, patches, and old restored breaks to legs and feet throughout, including one side chair with a restored break to the back right leg, and another with a restored break to the front left leg with some associated glue residue. The upholstery with some wear and light staining, as well as some fraying to the tassels and some minor tears throughout.
