The Heuer Camaro was launched in 1968. This model was named after the Chevrolet Camaro which was a very popular model in the 1960's. By associating with an iconic American muscle car, Heuer aimed to increase popularity in the American market.

The case is in good condition, normal wear and small scratches throughout the case and back. The hands with patina, all lume plots have age to a darker and uniform color. In different light the dial looks like it is aging to a brown color. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
