The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The case and movement are signed "Made for Tiffany & Co. by Patek Philippe." The case is in good conditon with normal signs of use throughout, has been polished, and has a hidden hinge. There are watchmaker's marks to the inside case back. The bow is not gold. The dial is in excellent condition with no visible cracks to it when the front cover is on. There is a small crack that is hidden by the front cover outside of the outer track near 2 o'clock. The hands have some discoloration, but are in good condition. As stated on the Extract from the Archives, the original case was replaced with a Tiffany case bearing No. 186100. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
