While all the attention may be around the Tourbillon Souverain and the Chronometre Resonance, F.P. Journe also has a perpetual calendar that was first introduced with the Octa Perpetuelle in 2009-10. The brand launched the Quantième Perpétuel in 2012 - this timepiece featured a more conservative dial design as opposed to the brand’s signature off-centre display seen on the Octa Perpetuelle. The new QP’s dial featured apertures for month, day, and date as opposed to the retrograde date design of the Octa Perpetuelle.

In 2020, Journe introduced new dials to the collection – they featured a solid silver dial with a “Clous de Paris” guilloché pattern central section. The windows are now framed by applied parts that match the case material unlike the cut-outs of before, the dial also features applied numerals. The watch is powered by Cal. 1300.3, an 18k rose-gold movement with a self-winding rose gold rotor. All the calendar displays jump at midnight instantaneously - the day, date and time can be adjusted via the crown while the month is adjusted via a concealed level behind the top right (1 o' clock) lug.

The present timepiece is fitted with an 18k rose gold F.P. Journe bracelet and has been consigned from the original owner and is presented here in excellent condition.
