拍品專文

In the mid-1970s, IWC tasked Gerald Genta to design the third generation of the Ingénieur. The result was the Ingenieur SL (steel line), an anti-magnetic wristwatch carried the trademark integrated bracelet design that Genta had mastered with the Nautilus and the Royal Oak earlier in the decade.

The present Ref. 9925 carries the prized Crown Khanjar logo on its dial, the symbol of the Oman royal family. It suggests that the watch was given away as a gift by the late Sultan Qaboos Bin Said, the ruler of the Gulf country.
