Lot Essay

Introduced in 2005, the Patek Philippe reference 6000G is an evolution of the reference 5000, a model produced in the 1990s. While the Calatrava has always been synonymous with the traditional Patek Philippe dress watch, this reference featured a more modern design and featured a 37-mm. case as opposed to the diminutive 33 mm. of the Ref. 5000 hand with a red, moon-shaped tip.
