The Ref. 5091/1 goes by the moniker "Sculpture" and it is learnt that Patek Philippe introduced the 5090 and 5091 specifically for the Russian market to celebrate a 5-year collaboration with the local distributor. This model was made in a few different variations and this example features a matte black dial with luminous Arabic numerals and luminous hands. This model is reminiscent of the Nautilus and features the same style hands.
