Patek Philippe’s Pagoda was introduced in in 1997 to commemorate the inauguration of Patek Philippe's new watchmaking centre in Geneva. This model, the Ref. 5500 was produced in a limited edition of 1,100 examples in 18k yellow gold, 500 in 18k pink gold, 250 in 18k white gold and 150 in platinum.
