The Patek Philippe Nautilus reference 5722 was introduced as the more glamorous bejeweled sibling of the Ref. 5712 which was launched in 2006. It featured a three-part case and a bezel fitted with 32 baguette-cut diamonds. The Ref. 5722 has since been discontinued.
