On a certain batch of dials fitted on the Rolex Ref. 16520, the text Cosmograph was significantly lower than the four lines above. This suspended Cosmograph text on the dial earned the watch the nickname “Floating Cosmograph”. The dial has a further “inverted 6” on the hours chronograph register.
