Produced between 1964 until 1967, it was known as the “Nina Rindt” because of its association with the wife of F1 driver Jochen Rindt. It is powered by Valjoux 72 (somtimes marked as the Universal Geneva caliber 85) used in the Daytonas.
Mk1 dial: Applied UG logos on the dial, a shiny finish to the subdials, stick hands for the subdials, metallic hour/minute hands, and a blued steel chronograph hand.
Mk 2 dial (such as the present example): No applied logo, later dials were printed. The subdial finishing switched from a sheen to matte finish (many of which have turned tropical). All of the hands are different (including subdial hands with lume plots).

CONDITION: Good, for a watch made in the 1960s CASE: The case and caseback has scratches. It is clear that this watch was worn and not kept in a safe. There are minor dings and scratches, visible scratches on the caseback but the engraved numbers are still visible. The bezel has an after-market insert. DIAL: Nice, clean and original. The lume plots on the dial and minute and hour hands react briefly to UV light. The white paint on the sub-dials is peeling off in some parts MOVEMENT: Ticking at the time of cataloguing.
