The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
CONDITION: Good, for a watch made in the 1960s
CASE: The case and caseback has scratches. It is clear that this watch was worn and not kept in a safe. There are minor dings and scratches, visible scratches on the caseback but the engraved numbers are still visible. The bezel has an after-market insert.
DIAL: Nice, clean and original. The lume plots on the dial and minute and hour hands react briefly to UV light. The white paint on the sub-dials is peeling off in some parts
MOVEMENT: Ticking at the time of cataloguing. However, we do not test the movement for accuracy. A service is recommended.
BRACELET: Associated bracelet and clasp have surface scratches. Overall length including watch head is approximately 185 mm.
