This Zenith El Primero A386 Revival is a perfect reiteration of the beloved original 1969 model. This was only sold as part of a three-watch set to celebrate 50 years of the El Primero’s inception.

To ensure the production of a watch as faithful as possible to the original, the team at Zenith took an original 1969 model from the museum and laser-scanned each component of the case, dial and hands. As a result, what you see before you is an exact 1:1 reproduction. Minor changes have been made, such as the current Calibre 400 movement, displayed through a lovely sapphire caseback.

On the whole, this is a wonderful opportunity to buy the most desirable of the three-piece anniversary set. It would be a privilege to be able to enjoy all the beauty, history and charm of the original 1969 El Primero in a ship-shape, brand-new reiteration.
