The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Movement: The movement is ticking at the time of cataloguing; however, a service is recommended. Christie’s does not guarantee the future working of the movement.
Dial: Has been previously restored and reprinted. The 7 o'clock index is dislocated and is sticking out. Some spots and signs of ageing visible. Turler signature is missing the umlaut above the U.
Case: Signs of previous polishing. With scratches and dents throughout. Caseback with scratches and dents. Hallmarks are visible as well as inventory numbers scratched below one lug.
Bracelet: Unsigned rodium plated 18k gold, later fitted. With scratches and dents throughout. Some plating is gone in some areas.
