Lot Essay

The Geophysic was introduced by 'La grande Maison' in 1957.
It was produced in limited quantities during an era of great environemental and scientific discoveries.

According to the archives, 1,038 units were produced in steel, 222 units in 18K yellow gold, and 30 units in 18K pink gold.

Equipped with the chronometer-certified version of Calibre 478, the Geophysic is highly sought after by collectors and the present example is in a condition collectors dream about.
