Movement: The movement is ticking at the time of cataloguing; however, a service is recommended. Christie’s does not guarantee the future working of the movement.
Case: The case is in good condition with scratches and dents. Corrosion between lugs. According to research, the case is to early to be originally fitted with a Paul Newman dial.
Dial: Scratch on the dial between ‘Rolex’ and ‘Cosmograph'. The luminous dots are all present and slighty oxidated. Slightly reacting to UV-light. Hands are original, with minor surface scratches. However, good condition. Dial has been later added.
Bracelet: The bracelet is loose with surface wear and dents. Some oxidation between links. Endlinks are stamped 357.
Overall condition: Good condition.
