The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Movement: The movement is ticking at the time of cataloguing; however, a service is recommended. Christie’s does not guarantee the future working of the movement.
Dial: Clean, nice and original. The dial is in overall very good condition with light marking above and below the upper text, and at the left of the lower lume plot. The bottom of the dial has a very small chip at the edge. No UV reaction.
Case: The case has moderate to heavy surface level scratches and wear with some light nicks. The bezel has scratches and has developed a patina with fading. The pearl has been replaced. The inside caseback is stamped 'IV, 67'.
Bracelet: The bracelet has moderate to heavy surface level scratches and wear. The bracelet has some stretching. The end links are stamped '501B', bracelet stamped '93150', and clasp stamped '93150'.
