The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Movement: The movement is ticking at the time of cataloguing; however, a service is recommended. Christie’s does not guarantee the future working of the movement.
Case: In good condition with light scratches and dents. The case back shows surface scratches. Signs of manipulation of the lugs on the back case. The pushers have been replaced during a service.
Dial: Overall very good condition, the luminescent dots have been relumed. Hands have a normal reaction to UV light.
Bracelet: The bracelet is loose with surface wear. End links are stamped 71. There are damages on some links.
Overall condition: Very good for its age.
