Offered in ‘like new’ condition, this limited edition ‘Spacecraft’ in all black PVD-coated titanium with carbon fibre panels is number 5 of only 25 examples made.

A fascinating and ingenious creation by Romain Jerome, the styling is both retro and futuristic at the same time. Named the ‘Spacecraft’, it was developed by Manuel Emch (CEO of Romain Jerome) with Eric Giroud and Jean-Marc Wiederrecht.

The Spacecraft is a complex and unconventional automatic watch. Completely mechanical, the linear hour display cleverly mimics a ‘digital’ appearance that is created by a red cursor at the end of a rod moving along two parallel bars behind a metalized sapphire crystal. In addition, the hours feature a jumping retrograde action, every 60 minutes the cursor instantly jumps forward to the next hour, returning instantly to the start when reaching 12:59h. The minutes are displayed on the top of the case on a rotating disc viewed through a triangular sapphire crystal.
