Lot Essay

The Communication 24 assumes all of the DNA of a traditional world-timer based on the design of Louis Cottier. The watch feels heavily inspired by the Patek Philippe Ref.1415 launched in 1939, with an attractive coin edged bezel and tear drop lugs, heighted by a stunning enamel center. Made as the first serially produced watch from one of the earliest modern independent watchmakers, the present lot is a wonderful opportunity to acquire a neo-vintage timepiece steeped in tradition.
