In honor of legendary baseball Hall-of-Famer and humanitarian Hank Aaron, Oris released a special edition Big Crown Pointer Date model limited to 2297 examples - one for each of Hank's RBIs, still a Major League Baseball
Aaron never courted the limelight, but his achievements on and off the field meant it always found him. A little over 50 years ago, in 1974, he broke Babe Ruth's near-40-year home run record. Despite his successes and the adulation that followed, Hank was always known for his grace and humility.

This special watch is detailed it with blue, red, and white to echo the uniform of Hank Aaron, and finished it with a blue leather strap with baseball-glove stitching. It also comes with a blue, red, and white NATO strap. The watch supports the work of the Chasing the Dream Foundation and this particular watch also supports the Brian LaViolette Scholarship Foundation.

The Brian LaViolette Scholarship Foundation would like to thank Adam Funk of Diamonds and Gold in Green Bay, Oris, and VJ Geronimo for their generous donation

The Brian LaViolette Scholarship Foundation
Through great loss has come inspiration. At just 15 years old, Brian LaViolette’s life was claimed in a swimming accident, and on the day of his funeral, his family kept a promise to honor his name and memory by helping others. Founded in 1992, the Brian LaViolette Scholarship Foundation awards deserving college-bound students with scholarships to further their lives and education. Since then, the foundation is proud to have presented 1,160 scholarships to deserving individuals across the globe.
