Lot Essay

Manufactured between 1981 and 2004, the Patek Philippe Nautilus reference 4700 was the fourth and smallest model from the storied line and was offered in a plethora of metals, dial colors, and gemstone embellishment options. These watches are powered by a quartz Patek Philippe caliber and the cases were made by Favre-Perret (Geneva Key 115). The retail price in 1994 was 87,500 CHF.

This is the first reference 4700/158 to be publicly auctioned.
