The watch is in good condition with scratches and nicks throughout the case. The 18k rose gold case has developed a patina. The dial is in good condition with moderate spotting. A patina has developed on the hour markers and hands. The case back has normal surface wear with scratches consistent with age of the watch. The watch has a later Patek Philippe crown. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
