The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The present lot is offered in good overall condition. The dial overall clean with some signs of age and very light signs of scratching all throughout. The subdials are clean with no signs of spotting and the paint is in tact. The case is in overall good condition with signs of wear consistent with the age of the watch. There is heavy scratching at the 2 o clock lug of the watch, all throughout the sides as well as the front portions of the watch. The case back has scratches all around from tools slipping when opening the caseback. The 6 o clock lug is engraved “ Stainless Steel” and the 12 o clock is engraved “1444”. The bracelet is in good condition with signs of wear consistent with the case of the watch. The Movado deployant clasp is in good overall condition with signs of wear consistent with the bracelet and case. The chronograph function starts, stops and resets at the time of cataloguing. Please be advised the chronograph does not fully reset at “0” seconds, therefore a service is recommended. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
