The present lot is in very good overall condition. The dial is in good condition with light signs of spotting and a scratch from the 7 o clock to the 6 o clock subdial. The numerals and indices have oxidized in to a nice darker color. The case is in very good overall condition. There are light signs of wear present throughout but the hallmarks are still crisp. The dust cover is engraved “Henry Birks & Sons Limited, A token of appreciation to Werner Jonabon from the shareholders of John Labatt Limited in recognition of twenty years Service 1916-1936”. The engraving on the dust cover is crisp and legible. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, but is slightly sluggish. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch
